We seek a motivated and detail-oriented graduate in Civil Engineering or Construction Management to join our dynamic team as a Construction Inspector on a significant infrastructure project encompassing the Illinois Tollway expansion and integrating with one of the world’s busiest airports and major rail lines.
Role Overview:
As a Construction Inspector, you will engage in multifaceted construction engineering duties, ensuring the highest quality of work on this pivotal transportation project. This role provides an opportunity for professional growth through comprehensive training in all facets of construction engineering inspection. Your training will cover a wide range of essential skills including inspection and quality control for excavation, foundations, concrete, structural steel, stormwater systems, traffic control, and electrical systems. This is while working on roads, bridges, and other heavy highway/civil construction elements. Furthermore, you will gain certification in the documentation of contract quantities and other areas of construction engineering.
