The Marine Physical Laboratory (MPL) at world-renowned Scripps Institution of Oceanography at the University of California San Diego is currently seeking inquisitive, motivated undergraduates with exceptional aptitude for quantitative science and technology to apply for the 2025 MPL Summer Internship Program. The MPL Summer Internship program is a paid, ten-week research program where students complete their own individual research project under the mentorship of some of the most notable scientists in the world. In addition to their research, students will attend weekly seminars, participate in hands-on activities, and more. Interns receive a $18.00/hour salary and a $6,000 taxable stipend to offset costs of housing, meals, transportation, etc. issued upon arrival.
