Starting pay $20.50 (increases with each co-op term worked or for previous civil co-op experience)
The Civil Engineering Co-Op position is responsible for assisting with projects through each phase of design. This position collaborates with our multidisciplinary team, clients, and community agencies. Students will be engaged in meaningful project work that enhances their technical and professional skills, aligning with Bayer Becker’s mission to provide exceptional service to those shaping the physical environment where we live, work, and play.

Job Duties:
  • Assist project team with construction documentation
  • Assists with all aspects of projects including permitting, scheduling, and planning
  • Aides in electronic design with site planning, grading, utility systems, storm water management, sanitary sewer & water mains and roadway improvements.
  • Collaborates with clients and Project Manager
  • All other duties as assigned.
